Volunteer Recognition Luncheon


 

Join us for the 21st Annual Volunteer Recognition Luncheon as we recognize and honor your volunteers at the 2017 Volunteer Recognition Luncheon. The banquet includes lunch, a keynote speaker, and a Community Service of Excellence Certificate for all volunteers. You may also nominate any volunteer who has gone above and beyond for one of these 4 prestigious awards:

  • Tippecanoe Commissioners' Youth Community Service Award 
  • Golden Gift of Time Award (3 awarded)
  • St. Elizabeth Regional Health Community Impact Award
  • Marcile Eddy Shining Light Award 

You may nominate a volunteer for more than one award and will do so by visiting each award submission form. Please note that you need to fill out one form per volunteer nomination. All nominations as well as a complete list of volunteers receiving a Community Service of Excellence Certificate are due by April 7th. 

Award Descriptions: 

Tippecanoe Commissioners' Youth Community Service Award
This award was designed to recognize the youth in Tippecanoe County and their outstanding service to our community. Click here to nominate a youth volunteer.

Golden Gift of Time Award 
These awards recognize volunteers who have donated a tremendous amount of time and effort to their organization. Three Gift of Time Awards will be presented. Click here to nominate a Gift of Time nominee.

St. Elizabeth Regional Health Community Impact Award
This award recognizes a volunteer who has shown generosity of time and spirit toward the community. It distinguishes those who have a widespread impact throughout the year and over time. Click here to nominate a community impact nominee. 

Marcile Eddy Shining Light Award
This award is given to someone who has made a significant impact for an organization through his or her volunteer efforts. It recognizes the volunteer's commitment which is an inspiration to other volunteers in the community. Click here to nominate an outstanding volunteer.

Community Service of Excellence Certificates

Luncheon Details: 

Date: Tuesday, May 2, 2017

Time: 11:00am-1:00pm

Place: Outpost Catering (2501 Old US 231, Lafayette, IN)

Cost: $15 per person. Registration is required. RSVP for luncheon is due by April 18th. RSVP today by clicking here.

Note: Volunteers do not need to attend the luncheon in order to receive a certificate.
